• Ingredients:
• 3 lbs. potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning
• Instructions:
• Add the potatoes to a large pot and cover them with water. Bring the pot to a boil over high heat then reduce the heat to medium-high and continue to boil for 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft. Drain the water then return the potatoes to the pot.
• Add the cream cheese, butter and Kinder’s The Blend, and use a potato masher to mash the potatoes.
