It gets its creaminess from just vegetable oil and cage-free eggs, with at least 50 percent eggs in every jar. Its signature tang comes from vinegar. Best Foods produces authentic, healthy mayonnaise rich in omega 3-ALA (with 650 mg ALA per serving, or 40% of the 1.6 g daily value for ALA; as well as only 10 g fat, and 1.5 g saturated fat).
